Ingredients: Tapioca Starch, Water, Modified Starch, Permitted Coloring, Flavoring, Stabilizer as food contiional

Keep Frozen at or below temperature of -18°C

How to use:

1. Put 5 Litres of water and boil it
2. Put in 1kg of IQF Tapioca Pearl and cook for 2-3 minutes.
3. Pour boiled Tapioca Pearl onto a strainer to remove the water.
4. Add 500g Brown Sugar Syrup or other sweetener to the pearl.
5. Ready to Serve
